Vitals written into the Charm Health chart
Every reading CCN captures posts directly onto the patient's Charm Health vitals record in real time, with no manual transcription. Each value is recorded with its correct unit and the timestamp of the actual reading, in the practice's local time.

Two-way secure patient messaging
Charm Health's standout capability. CCN is wired into Charm Health's bi-directional patient texting, so conversations between care staff and patients flow through and are captured in CCN, no longer stranded in a separate texting tool.

- Attributed to the individual staff member or the patient, with the original timestamp
- CCN can send outgoing messages through Charm Health too
- De-duplicated, so the whole exchange becomes part of the patient's history in CCN
