Nurse Ava writes to Rosa from CCN, right where she just reviewed Rosa's readings.
No separate texting tool, no second login. The conversation starts where the care already happens.

How it works
What happens
A nurse writes to a patient from CCN. The message sends through Charm Health's secure patient texting, lands on the patient's phone, and when the patient replies, the reply is captured in Charm Health and pulled into CCN with its original timestamp, attributed to the right person on each side. The whole exchange lives on the patient's CCN history, not stranded in a separate texting tool.
How it works
Outgoing messages post through Charm Health's patient text-message endpoint (textmessages/patient/{id}/outgoing), so delivery, consent, and the patient-facing experience are all Charm Health's own secure channel. On sync, CCN reads the message threads back, matches each message to the staff member or patient who sent it, keeps the original timestamps, and de-duplicates against what it already holds so nothing appears twice.
The benefit to your practice
Two-way patient communication is the difference between monitoring and care management, and most integrations can't do it. Every conversation is on the record, attributable, and countable toward the interactive-communication requirements your billing depends on.
What you get
- Staff→patient and patient→team messages both captured, with the full content pulled from Charm Health
- Attributed to the individual staff member or the patient, with the original timestamp
- CCN can send outgoing messages through Charm Health too
- De-duplicated, so the whole exchange becomes part of the patient's history in CCN
