How It Works

Easy 1-2-3 Setup

Step 1

Power and Place the Gateway

Plug the Gateway into an outlet; it automatically connects to the cellular network. The LED ring will initialize and be ready for daily use.

Step 2

Patients Use Their Devices

Patients take readings with supported Bluetooth devices (BP cuffs, scales, glucose meters, pulse oximeters, etc.). No pairing, syncing, apps, or Wi-Fi required.

STEP 3

Data Transmits & Confirms

The Gateway sends readings via cellular to the Tenovi Cloud (or your platform via API). The LED provides immediate feedback—green when transmission is complete.

Multi-carrier SIM with direct carrier contracts, antenna tuned for U.S., plus Wi-Fi fallback to maximize reliability.
