Harold moves in and a cuff comes out of the cabinet. It's registered to him by its serial number.
Provisioning is a move-in step, not a project.

How it works
What happens
Every connected device in CCN's catalog works in the PointClickCare context: blood pressure, weight, glucose and CGM, pulse oximetry, temperature, from Omron, Withings, Dexcom, Tenovi, BodyTrace, Smartmeter, DS Smart and more. A device is registered to the resident when they move in, its readings auto-match from then on, and everything charts once, to the right chart.
How it works
Each device reports through its manufacturer's channel (cellular or Bluetooth via the CCN app) and webhooks into CCN, where the device serial resolves to the resident. DS Smart Bluetooth devices are registered by serial at provisioning. Readings then post to PointClickCare as observations with the device type tagged, and the two-way reconciliation layer guarantees a value already charted in PointClickCare is never charted twice when the facility is the system of record.
The benefit to your practice
One integration wires the entire device fleet to the building. Provisioning is a move-in step instead of a project, readings never need a human, and the chart stays clean no matter how many vendors are in the mix.
What you get
- Blood pressure, weight, glucose, CGM, pulse oximetry, temperature: the whole catalog
- DS Smart Bluetooth vitals, registered by serial and charted to PointClickCare
- Devices from Omron, Withings, Dexcom, Tenovi, BodyTrace, Smartmeter and more
- Auto-registered to the resident, no double-charting when PointClickCare is system of record
