Why we built this
Most monitoring headcount isn't spent on care. It goes to coordination, hunting, and paperwork.
We studied where monitoring teams actually spend their hours: deciding who's next, chasing documentation, signing cycles one patient at a time, keeping onboarding moving. So we automated the overhead away, with pre-bucketed work, auto-captured time, panel-wide bulk actions, and reports and documents that deliver and file themselves. What's left is the care. That's how one person runs a panel that used to need ten.
Overnight, the engine grades every patient against every workflow and pre-buckets them by unmet need.
The deciding is done before anyone signs in. Nobody reads 84 charts to figure out who needs attention today.

Each card is a workflow: who is in it, and how far through it you are.
The Workflows Engine
The centerpiece. Every patient is pre-tagged with the workflows they fall into, with live counts. Pick one and you drop into a guided next-patient lane: an auto-timer captures the time, and one clear action moves you to the next chart until the bucket is empty.
- One card per workflow, with a big live count and a status, so the work comes to you
- Begin Workflow builds a queue of exactly those patients and walks you through them
- Timer auto-starts and auto-submits on advance, for continuous capture with zero manual entry
- RPM & CCM/PCM workflows, from Out of Range to CPT-gap and Ready to Finalize

Staff Activity & Productivity
Measure each person's output for accountability, workload balancing, and billed-time validation. Monitoring time, notes, readings, alerts resolved and two-way comms per staff, each with a prior-period delta and a leaderboard that ranks the panel.
- Monthly table: monitoring time, unique patients, avg time & notes per patient, last sign-in
- Leaderboard bar chart, with the metric switchable between time, notes, readings & alerts resolved
- Daily view adds a stacked-bar chart and a staff × day activity heatmap
- Out-of-Range Resolved “128 / 152” with a resolution rate, colored by threshold

Alert-Resolution Velocity
Turn safety responsiveness into a metric. Every resolved out-of-range reading records who cleared it and the recorded → resolved elapsed time, aggregated into an average and a rate, so “how fast do we respond?” has a number.
- Resolved log: the reading, the staff member, recorded → resolved, and “resolved in” duration
- A resolution-rate meter + average resolution time, graded green / orange / red
- Searchable by staff member, 100 per page, and audit-friendly
- Responsiveness becomes measurable and comparable, not anecdotal

Always audit-ready, in one click
Audit prep that used to take days runs continuously in the background. A live readiness board grades every chart Complete / N-missing and flags exactly what's blank, so any patient-month becomes a signed, filed audit report in one click, not a week-long fire drill.
- A readiness board grades every chart, worst-first: Complete, or exactly what's missing
- Every blank required field flags in-cell; fix it and the row re-grades on the spot
- One click exports a white-labeled, signed audit report, or files it into the EHR
- Audit prep drops from days of manual assembly to a single click

Billing automation & bulk actions
Collapse per-patient billing busywork into panel-wide, one-click ops. A daily job stamps the date each patient crosses each CPT threshold; Bulk Sign applies a signature to every patient's billing cycle, and Set Date of Service sets DOS across the panel, both as background jobs.
- Bulk Sign: one signature (note + date), provider-attributed, across the whole panel
- Set Date of Service, applied to every selected patient at once
- CPT thresholds (99453 / 99454 / 99457 / 99458) auto-stamped as patients cross them
- “Applied to 214 patients”: what was hundreds of clicks becomes one
Runs as a background job over the whole roster
Automation that removes labor
The platform fetches, formats, files, and reminds, so the labor never lands on a person. Reports email themselves to subscribers, monthly documents file themselves into the EHR chart, and vitals arrive on their own via real-time device push.
- Reports email themselves: non-compliant (weekly), out-of-range (daily AM/PM), weekly readings digest
- Monthly RPM log + CCM/PCM/BHI/RTM care-plan docs auto-file into the EHR, provider-attributed
- Vitals arrive on their own via real-time device & observation push, no manual entry
- The doc you download is the same one that lands in the chart, from one shared generator

Built for your workflow
The platform is configured around how your team actually works. Note templates, survey templates, the condition and goal libraries, and your custom statuses are all yours to define, so your team documents in one tap, in your own language, and to your own protocols.
- Note templates: one-tap canned clinical text, written the way your team writes it, configurable per account
- Survey and screening templates: your standardized assessments, kept in the account survey library
- Chronic-condition and goal libraries: pre-build a full entry so it fills with one pick
- Custom statuses: your own billing and tracking tags across the whole roster, and we set it up with you
Set up with your team, in your language and your protocols. One tap to drop a template into any chart.
