Why we built this
Compliance isn't a report you run at month-end. It's a set of deadlines you can't afford to miss.
Miss the 16th reading day, skip the two-way call, or fall short of 20 monitored minutes and the month doesn't bill. Catching that at month-end is too late. So we built a report for each requirement, hyper-optimized to show exactly who's short and by how much, while there's still time to fix it, and to hand you the proof automatically. Compliance becomes a status you drive to done, not a scramble you dread.
Get every patient enough reading days
The report that drives reading-day compliance. Two callouts (patients at 2+ and 16+ reading days) sit over a per-account table, so you can see exactly who's short of the 16-day billing threshold while there's still time in the month to get them there.
- 16 reading days = the RPM billing threshold; on-track is pro-rated intra-month (day ÷ 2)
- Callouts for 2+ and 16+ reading days, panel-wide, updated as readings land
- Per-account table, so you can spot the account falling behind before month-end
- Rolling 3-month compliance per account (compliant / non-compliant / no-readings %)

Reminders that keep patients reading
The fastest way to hit the reading-day threshold is to keep patients reading. When a patient goes quiet, the platform flags them Off Track, and your team sends a friendly reminder by SMS, or, with an EHR integration, opens a two-way message to re-engage them, right from the compliance view.
- An Off-Track list flags patients who have a device but haven't read in a few days
- Bulk-SMS a friendly reminder to take a reading today, with a 2-day snooze
- Two-way messaging, with an EHR integration, to re-engage a patient who has fallen behind
- Fewer missed reading days, so more patients clear the 16-day threshold
Nudge the patients who go quiet, so fewer miss the 16-day reading threshold.
Stay on top of Two-Way Communications
The report that drives the interactive-communication requirement. It counts patients with a logged compliance call this month as a percentage of active patients, account by account and graded, so a soft spot is obvious and fixable before it costs you the month.
- Three stats: Active Patients, Need 2-Way Comm, and Two-Way %
- Per-account two-way % graded green / orange / red
- Active = took a reading this month, the population the requirement applies to
- See who still needs a call while there's time to make it

Stay on top of monitoring time
The report that drives the 20-minute monitoring threshold. Cards for who's over and under 20 monitored minutes sit above a roster where each patient's time reads green at billable and red below, so you can pull the under-20 patients into a workflow and finish their minutes before the month closes.
- Billable at 20 monitored minutes (99457); each additional 20 adds 99458
- Stat cards: Total, ≥ 20 min (billable), Under 20 min (needs time)
- Monitoring time reads green at/above 20:00, red below. No math
- Quick filters + CSV; hand the under-20 list straight to a monitoring workflow

Stay audit-ready: every chart, every month
The readiness board that grades every chart before an auditor ever asks. Green / orange / red per patient, each missing required field flagged in-cell, and a fix-it that re-grades the row on the spot, so “can we bill this, and would it survive an audit?” is answered continuously, not at month-end.
- Stat cards: Total, Incomplete (red when > 0), Complete (green)
- Green “Complete” · orange “1-2 missing” · red “3+ missing”, sorted worst-first
- Every blank required field flags in-cell; fix it and the row re-grades live
- RPM & CCM tabs: one click turns any patient-month into a signed evidence PDF

The proof delivers itself, and files itself.
Compliance evidence doesn't wait for someone to remember it. Reports email themselves to your subscribers on a schedule, and the monthly billing and care-plan documents post straight into the EHR chart, provider-attributed. The artifact a customer downloads is the same one that lands in the record.
On a schedule, without anyone asking
- A weekly on-track / off-track summary emailed to your team, so everyone sees who needs a nudge
- Non-compliant patients: a weekly CSV, emailed automatically (Mon 10:00 UTC)
- Weekly readings digest + compliance summaries, emailed to your subscribers on a schedule
- Monthly RPM logs + CCM/PCM/BHI/RTM care-plan docs file into the EHR, provider-attributed
- Every dashboard exports to CSV/PDF, so nothing is assembled by hand
