Tenovi's cellular gateway aggregates readings from multiple devices and transmits them to CCN Health's cloud platform over 4G LTE — no patient Wi-Fi required.
Device Measurement
Patient takes a reading on a Bluetooth-enabled RPM device — blood pressure cuff, weight scale, pulse oximeter, or glucose meter.
Gateway Aggregation
Tenovi's 4G LTE hub automatically receives the reading via Bluetooth. No patient interaction with the gateway required.
Cellular Transmission
The gateway transmits the reading to CCN Health's cloud platform over 4G LTE cellular — bypassing patient Wi-Fi entirely.
Clinical Processing
CCN Health processes the reading, applies clinical rules, generates alerts, and posts data to the patient's EHR record.

Multi-Carrier Auto-Failover
Multi-carrier SIM connects across AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular. If one network goes down, the gateway automatically switches — plus Wi-Fi fallback as a last resort.
Red/Green LED Adherence System
A red LED ring reminds patients to take their daily measurement. Green confirms the reading was sent. This system increases CPT 99454 eligibility by 27% compared to leading alternatives.
Pre-Paired Devices
Devices ship pre-paired to the patient's gateway — zero patient configuration. Take a reading and it transmits automatically within 15 feet of the hub.
1-Year Offline Storage
The gateway stores up to one year of readings locally. Data offloads automatically when connectivity resumes — no readings lost during outages.

The connectivity backbone. CAT-M1 cellular with multi-carrier SIM (5 carriers, auto-failover). Pre-paired Bluetooth devices within 15 ft. Red/green LED adherence system. Stores up to 1 year of data offline. AC-powered via USB-C.
Blood Pressure Monitor
Upper-arm cuff (22–42 cm) with backlit LCD. Measures systolic, diastolic, pulse ±3 mmHg/±5%. Irregular heartbeat and body motion detection. Auto-inflate. Also available as standalone cellular device.
Weight Scale
Step-on scale with gravity-compensated high-precision sensors. Tracks weight trends for CHF fluid retention monitoring. 400 lb standard; 551 lb bariatric model also available.
Pulse Oximeter
Fingertip pulse oximeter with OLED display showing SpO₂, pulse rate, and perfusion index. Ideal for COPD and respiratory monitoring.
Blood Glucose Meter
Results in 5 seconds with 0.5 µL sample. Uses Trividia Health test strips covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance. Pre/post meal tagging. Also available as standalone cellular device.
Infrared Thermometer
Dual-mode: ear and non-contact forehead. ±0.2°C ear / ±0.3°C forehead accuracy. One-touch, one-second measurement. Child/adult mode with auditory and visual fever warning.
Smart Pillbox
14 compartments (7-day AM/PM) with built-in sensors detecting open and refill events. Stores 50 events locally, transmits within 30 ft of gateway. Red/green LED on gateway reminds patients. RTM-billable.
