Las Vegas, NV — March 9, 2026 — CCN Health, Tenovi, and Xandar Kardian have partnered to deliver fully contactless patient monitoring for senior living. The solution was demonstrated live at HIMSS 2026, Booth 4064.
How It Works
The Xandar Kardian XK 300 Essence — a compact, FDA-cleared 60GHz radar sensor — mounts near a resident's bed and continuously monitors heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep, movement, and bed presence. No wearables, no patient interaction.
Readings transmit through Tenovi's cellular gateway over LTE to the CCN Health platform, where CCN's clinical team reviews the data, manages alerts, coordinates with facility staff and physicians, and handles Medicare billing across all five programs (RPM, CCM, PCM, BHI, RTM).
Why It Matters
Many senior living residents cannot consistently use traditional monitoring devices. The XK 300 Essence removes that barrier — monitoring happens passively, 24/7, with zero resident burden. Overnight respiratory monitoring, out-of-bed detection, and movement pattern analysis surface clinical changes early.
The full pipeline — from bedside radar to clinical platform — requires no facility Wi-Fi, no IT integration project, and no additional staff.
