How It Works
Reports are generated automatically from live patient data. Subscribers get exactly what they need, when they need it — no manual pulling required.
Configure Your Reports
Each subscriber picks which reports they want, how they want them delivered (email or text), and when. Out-of-range reports offer AM or PM scheduling so morning and evening teams each get their own summary.
Automated Delivery
Reports run on schedule — daily out-of-range at your chosen time, compliance every Monday morning, and the all-patient summary every Friday at 5 PM EST. No one has to remember to pull anything.
Real-Time Alerts
When an out-of-range reading comes in, an alert fires immediately by email or text with a direct link to the out-of-range queue dashboard. Super Users can configure alerts to redirect to the Admin.
CSV Exports Included
Every scheduled report includes a CSV attachment with the full dataset. Use it for your own analysis, share it with leadership, or import it into your EHR — the data is yours.
