Automated census synchronization keeps enrollment aligned with facility admissions and discharges. ADT event monitoring detects census changes as they occur, triggering protocol adjustments for incoming residents and closing monitoring episodes for discharged patients. Care plan data from PointClickCare informs the alert thresholds configured within the CCN Health platform, ensuring that clinical rules reflect each resident's individualized goals.
