The integration enables operators to implement Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs that run within their existing ALIS workflows, eliminating the need for parallel documentation systems.

Automated Vital Sign Charting and Resident Sync

The integration posts RPM device readings directly into ALIS resident charts as they are captured. Blood pressure, weight, pulse oximetry, and glucose measurements taken by connected devices appear automatically in the clinical record, removing the manual transcription step that often delays data availability in assisted living settings.

Resident demographic synchronization keeps the CCN Health platform aligned with the facility's current census. When a new resident is admitted and entered into ALIS, their demographic and clinical profile propagates to the monitoring system. Discharge events trigger automatic protocol closure, ensuring that monitoring resources are allocated only to active residents.

Alert Integration and Billing Documentation

Alert notifications surface within ALIS workflows when vital sign readings fall outside configured thresholds. Care staff receive actionable alerts in the system they already use throughout their shift, rather than having to monitor a separate application. This approach reduces alert fatigue by keeping notifications consolidated within a single clinical interface.

The integration also generates billing documentation for RPM and CCM encounters. Time logs, clinical notes, and CPT code records are structured to support Medicare claims submission, helping operators capture revenue from monitoring programs without hiring dedicated billing staff.
