Integration Capabilities
The Ethizo integration supports the following automated workflows:
- Patient Demographic Sync — Patient records flow from Ethizo into CCN Health automatically, streamlining enrollment and eliminating duplicate data entry across systems.
- Automated Vital Sign Charting — Device readings captured through CCN Health's monitoring programs are documented directly in Ethizo's clinical record, giving providers immediate access to trending data within their existing workflow.
- Care Plan Documentation — Care coordination activities performed under CCM, PCM, and BHI programs are documented and synced back to Ethizo, maintaining a complete patient record without manual chart updates.
- Billing Record Generation — Time-based billing documentation for all five Medicare programs is generated automatically, with records structured to support Ethizo's claims submission workflows.

Ethizo's platform is designed for medical practices that focus on senior and geriatric populations — the same patient demographic that benefits most from remote monitoring and chronic care management.
